Welcome Back Nation, Legacies is an American fictional drama TV series created by Julie Plec. The series was dropped on The CW on October 25, 2018. It is a spinoff of The Originals, which was also a spinoff of The Vampire Diaries. After watching the overwhelming support of the fans. CW renewed the show for the second season, October 10, 2019.

While it's too early to explain what will happen in Legacies Season 3, don't be surprised if more cast members from The Vampire Diaries and The Originals appear in future episodes we have already seen Freya Mikaelson and Kai Parker In Legacies Season 2.
Legacies follow the story of Hope Mikaelson, the original Hybrid child, Klaus Mikaelson (Joseph Morgan), and a hybrid mother Hayley Marshall (Phoebe Tonkin). Their gifts were on her, making her half-witch, half-vampire, half-wolf. She continues her education at the Salvatore School for Young and gifted. The school helps the supernatural kids to control their abilities, powers, and emotions.

Legacies have been renewed for the third season, so CW will definitely return to Salvatore School for Young and Gifted again for at least another year.
Well, the good news for fans is that they can see more of tribrid teen problems. However, like all other projects, The Legacies are also facing a delay as all projects were suspended in March this year because of coronavirus pandemic. Difficult to anticipate teenage drama before Christmas. Not surprisingly, too, the release date is expected to push to 2021.
