He is also the older twin brother of Yoriichi Tsugikuni, the legendary swordsman who created the first Breathing Style. He can use Moon Breathing techniques that involve creating crescent-shaped blades with his sword and eyes. He fights against Muichiro, Genya, Sanemi, and Gyomei in a hall within Infinity Castle.
