Welcome Back NationTV, The season 3 trailer of Legacies has arrived, and it teases how the CW series plans to save Hope Mikaelson and Landon Kirby from the dramatic events that unfolded at the end of Season Two.
According to Entertainment Weekly, the short promo goes on with Hope who is still asleep and Landon is fighting for his life after he is stabbed with a gold arrow by his brother and best friend Rafael, As Alaric works out a plan to awaken Hope, Rafael takes matters into his own hands and volunteers to transfer Landon's spirit to his body as we saw Klaus Mikaelson and other Mikaelsons do such Like Esther and Finn.
The CW announced Legacies, which is part of The Vampire Diaries and The Originals, will return in January 2021 along with the rest of their winter series such as Walker, Riverdale, Nancy Drew, and CWverse (also known as Arrowverse).
Legacies' come back to The CW will see Leo Howard, who played Ethan in three episodes of Season Two, clashes a regular series with Ben Levine, who portrayed the former alpha werewolf, Jed.
Legacies returning stars are Danielle Rose Russell (Hope Mikaelson), Jenny Boyd (Lizzie Saltzman), Kaylee Bryant (Josie Saltzman), Quincy Fouse (M.G), Aria Shahghasemi (Landon Kirby), Peyton Alex Smith (Rafael), and Matt Davis (Alaric Saltzman). Season 3 premieres Thursday, Jan. 21, 2021, at 9 p.m. ET/PT on The CW.
