While the flash danced briefly with an idea of what a corrupted version of Barry Allen might be able in a previous episode of this season, a new artwork shows how Red Death could look like in the Arrowverse series. In Dark Nights: Metal, several sinister versions of Bruce Wayne followed The Batman Who Laughs at a twisted vision of the Justice League. Red Death was introduced when Bruce absorbed the speed of the Flash, with Barry Allen consciousness lurking in his mind.

The fan edit from a digital artist “skull101ify” on Instagram pictures Ian Somerhalder as Red Death has been wearing a version of Flash suit. It features an unexpected addition of the bat lightning bolt symbol from Scott Snyder and Greg Capullo’s Dark Nights: Metal. it also sees that the actor is surrounded by red lightning as if he just runs into S.T.A.R.
