Lucifer fans are excited to follow this series beyond the five seasons currently planned for Netflix. One way this could happen is to have a potential spin-off that includes some characters - but could this be more likely than you think?

Will there be a Maze spin-off on Lucifer?

Maze actor Lesley ann Brandt has sparked rumors that a maze might get spin-off on Twitter recently.
According to TVShowsAce, she published a Poll on March 5 to ask fans if they are interested in a possible spin-off of Maze.
In the deleted tweet now, I wrote: "So many questions in Season Six.
"But what say you to a spin-off for Mazikeen?"

While Brandt has removed the tweet since then, this has left fans speculating whether the show will likely continue this way.

There was some rumor about Maze's story continuing in the past after Tom Ellis appeared as his character Lucifer on Arrowverse "Crisis on Infinite Earths".

When he appeared, there were hints about Constantine's previous dealings (Matt Ryan) with Lucifer and Maze.

After this moment, co-star Joe Henderson spoke to Entertainment Weekly about a possible continuation of this.

"Maze, Trixie (played by Scarlett Estevez), and Eve (Inbar Lavi) are accidental," added another Charlotte called their idea.

FanSharliLawson added: "I'd love to see a Spin-off that continues in the story starring Mazikeen, Linda (Rachael Harris), Eve, Amenadiel (D.B.Woodside) and the child.

"Really want to see the maze teach a young child how to use those knives ..."

Besides rumors of a spin-off, there was a lot of speculation that the series could get a potential six season.

This came after TV Line reported that Netflix and Warner Brothers Television were in talks about continuing the show.

The series was initially supposed to launch on Netflix later this year for its fifth and final season.

However, rumors made it possible for the show to continue after that.

While no official has yet been confirmed, TV Line also reported that Tom Ellis, a Lucifer representative, had ended a new deal for a potential six season.

This will be the second time that Lucifer has been reinstated of the cancellation after it was saved after Fox dropped it after the third series.
